Session 2
Power. Resistance. Change.
Sponsored by Global Santa Fe

11:15AM-12:15PM
Session 3
Option 1. Care Matters! The Work Essential to the Future of People and Planet
Women have always been doing the work of care—raising the next generation, tending to elders, supporting survivors, protecting the land, and holding families and communities together. Much of that work is invisible, underpaid, or simply taken for granted. What would happen if care became the most valuable organizing principle for our future? Listen to these changemakers who are centering care for each other, for elders, for the earth as their first line of defense, and keeping each other, our communities, and Mother Earth alive.
Option 2. Cross Pollinate: Different roots. Shared purpose. Bigger possibilities.
The climate crisis is too big for any one sector to solve. Across New Mexico, women are reimagining how we build, grow, create and care for our communities and the land. What happens when business, conservation, culture and community connect? This conversation explores the power of collaboration between these sectors and how we can move beyond individual solutions to build, fund, protect and create the systemic change the climate crisis demands.
Option 3. Don’t Pass the Torch. Build a Bigger Fire.
Facilitated by Mendy Marsh
We often talk about women’s movements as though one generation eventually needs to “pass the torch” to the next. But that metaphor assumes one generation owns the movement and another is waiting to inherit it. What if, instead, we built something bigger together? A cross-generational, facilitated interactive conversation across generations about what women have fought for, what still needs fighting for, and how we can share wisdom, challenge one another, and create the future side by side.

Siempre en Devenir: We Are Always Becoming
Curated by Natachee Momaday Gray
Sponsored by Collected Works Bookstore
We are always becoming.
Poets of every season of life share words shaped by perspective, provocation, humor, heartbreak, memory, desire, and joy. Together, their voices create a conversation across generations—revealing what changes with time, what endures, and what we carry forward. Through the distinct and universal language of poetry, they offer an intimate and expansive reflection on what it means to become at every age.

Session 5
Option 1. The Power of the Pen, the Lens, and the Mic
Artists, authors, poets, filmmakers, and musicians know that art and stories shape the culture we live in. This conversation brings together women creatives to question who gets to tell the story, challenge the narratives we’ve inherited, and celebrate the ways the arts continue to change New Mexico—a look at the creative voices pushing boundaries, shifting perspectives, and imagining what comes next.
Option 2. Right, My Dudes... Now What? Experiences from the Field
Featuring Justin Haas, Bill McCamley & Omar Torres
What does it actually mean to be a good man right now? A candid, sometimes uncomfortable conversation about masculinity, power, accountability, and the work of becoming a better ally. What are men willing to unlearn? What are they ready to take responsibility for—and what are the issues holding men back from being active participants in their own healing?
Option 3. Seed, Grow, Bloom: Women Funding Women
Sponsored by Prospera Partners
“Nothing bad happens when women have money” –Dolly Parton, businesswoman, philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and country music icon.
This interactive conversation explores the success of matriarchal funding initiatives and philanthropies that fund, invest in, and build women-owned businesses, and what happens when that money keeps circulating: from investment to entrepreneurship to purchasing, hiring, giving, and community building. Because when women have money, they don’t just create businesses—they create possibility.
Option 4. The Age We Don’t Talk About: Women, Power & Becoming Visible
Facilitated by Mendy Marsh
Sponsored by VOICE
Women spend decades fighting to find their voice and power. Why does the world begin making them invisible just as they acquire both? This candid, cross-generational, facilitated interactive conversation goes beyond menopause to explore what happens in midlife and beyond—physically, professionally, financially, sexually, emotionally, and socially. What if we talked about aging before we got there? And what could we change now so the next generation of women inherits a very different experience of growing older?

Session 6
Three Minutes to Bloom
For one hour, the spotlight belongs to women who are building, running, creating, caring, and changing things across New Mexico. Women who lead businesses, nonprofits, creative ventures, and community organizations take the stage for three minutes each to tell us what they’re doing, why it matters, and what they want us to know.
No panels. No PowerPoints. No long introductions. Just women with a story, an idea, a mission, or a dream—and three minutes to make us care. Find out how you can help their work bloom.

Closing Session
From Our Blooms, A Garden Grows
Featuring Busy McCarroll, G Precious, Indigie Femme, Mosaic Dance, Trio Victoria
As the day winds down, we come back together to reflect, reconnect, and celebrate. With music, joy, and a whole lot of heart, we’ll celebrate the women of New Mexico and the future we’re creating together. Because the day may be ending, but the garden is just taking shape!
