Edie Dillman

Edie is the CEO & Co-Founder of B.PUBLIC Prefab, a woman-owned public benefit company based in New Mexico. Her company is a collaborative team of architects, designers, and tradespeople meeting the climate and housing crises head-on. They’re reimagining building with technology that achieves extreme energy reduction, deep sustainability, and unmatched livability.

Edie was inspired to co-found B.PUBLIC from her role as communications director at Innovate + Educate. There she worked to evolve the education-to-workforce system into a skills-based ecosystem where successful pathways no longer require a degree. She became passionate about refilling the trades workforce and amplifying the growing opportunities in the high-demand construction field. She went from designing platforms, apps, partnerships,  and conferences to building jobs and green homes.
