Mendy Marsh

Mendy Marsh is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of VOICE, a global feminist organization dedicated to resourcing women’s leadership, well-being and collective power. With nearly 30 years of experience addressing violence against women and girls, including senior leadership at UNICEF, Mendy has worked alongside women navigating crisis, conflict and profound change. Her work explores what it takes to sustain the women and girls who sustain our communities, bringing together trauma-informed practice, reflection, connection and collective wisdom. Based in Santa Fe now, she creates spaces where women can pause, reconnect with themselves and one another, and imagine what comes next both in the US and internationally.
